She鈥檚 our special ed director (sorry, now assistant superintendent of special Ed!). I believe she used to teach 4th grade math and she obviously doesn鈥檛 understand that management and classroom management are not the same thing. Every week there鈥檚 another micromanagement tactic and, as much as i love my kids and co-workers, I鈥檓 not sure i can continue.
