The OOP allows you to vote for 2, which I think is a good idea to force people to keep their discussion to the most egregiously bad god powers.

Personally, for the Norse, I only find Nidhogg to be particularly bad. Especially compared to the other mega-unit god powers like the Chinese dragon and the Son of Osiris.
