Fortunate to get some excellent tuna from a local source - brought to closer to room temp, salt and pepper liberally and seared briefly on my flattop to 130掳 man oh man what a great simple dinner

Damn, looks amazing! I absolutely love seared ahi. I鈥檇 love to try doing it myself someday but I鈥檓 not sure where I鈥檇 get the tuna.
