Tbh I briefly lived there and was able to procure my weed from a random guy living right next to the police station. I don’t really think they care.
Well I’d rather them have laws supporting it than blatant corruption. Not like Columbia has a reputation for corruption & drug gangs or anything.
Decriminalization means they target the groups they dont like. Legalization prevents that
