Awesome! Sometimes all neighbors need is to see it in action, to not be the first on the block. Like it gives people permission in a way 馃槉

I鈥檝e quit the supposedly eco friendly pesticides on my lawn for a year, just weeding it out by hand, in preparation of seeding it with clover. Then, with spring, I seeded it. I thought it would be a slam dunk, since they grow wild everywhere around here. Not a single sprout. I guess the poison stays longer than I anticipated.

I鈥檝e started replacing parts of the lawn with a garden, using river rocks in the space between bushes and trees. It looks great, I鈥檝e got lots of polinizers, less lawn to mow, and some fruits and herbs to eat.
