    Starting with Odoo 16, there鈥檚 the official Knowledge module. It鈥檚 only in Enterprise. Have not used it and I don鈥檛 know if there are other options for CE.

      Oh, excellent, thank you! Will take a look and give it a try. They have so many apps it鈥檚 easy to miss the ones that have the exact functionality I鈥檓 looking for!
