Firaxis Games and 2K have released the system requirements for Sid Meier's Civilization VII on Windows, but the Linux and macOS requirements will be coming later.

    The reason it鈥檚 windows only is because they鈥檙e using denuvo, which doesn鈥檛 work on Mac/Linux

    EDIT: huh theyre gonna forego denuvo on Mac/Linux weirdly. I鈥檓 sure that won鈥檛 be a waste of resources on their part.

    Why is fps specified here?

    Does it mean expected values for that tier, and that it鈥檚 limited to 60?

      The expected values. It doesn鈥檛 necessarily mean the game is limited to 60 fps, but 60 is a common target to aim for. Knowing what specs you need to achieve it, given your resolution, is quite nice.
