Got the 621 and it kind of sucks. Constantly disconnects and slow charging. Wonder if this is just the product

Sounds like it鈥檚 maybe defective. I don鈥檛 have that one specifically but I have several of their chargers and power banks and I鈥檝e never had issues with them.

I have a couple of MagSafe powerbank from them which I love, but no wall chargers.
Then it sounds like I def need to exchange!
Can鈥檛 answer your question exactly, but I can speak to MagSafe chargers generally if that helps. I have an older (now discontinued) Apple MagSafe battery pack and it works just fine. Doesn鈥檛 disconnect at all. It charges maybe a smidge slow but not really noticeable.
