Pull Me Under and Dance of Eternity from Dream Theater have interesting drums, the latering requiring some dedicated practice with the weird timesigs but if it’s set in your brain it’s very fun to play.

Also recently going into the details of drums of Without Judgment by Death. Relatively straightforward but I tend to forget details of some fills, and this band has some actual pretty cool fingerwork (If I do the R/L patterns in a correct way that is).
