Hello, I鈥檓 hoping to take the instance to 19.4 in the near future.
Before doing this, I need to take pictrs up a few versions.
This will take a while, so while 19.4 is in the works, it won鈥檛 happen for a week or so.

    did somethign go wrong with the pictrs update? I am seeing lots of missing images from feddit this morning.

      Pictrs will take a long time, unfortunately.

      It鈥檚 partly on me: I鈥檇 been putting off the upgrade due to the time required for almost half a TB of images.

      But of course, the longer I procrastinated, the longer it took!

          We took about 34 hours, iirc.

          Flamingos handled it (which was so appreciated), and it was run on a lot of threads.

          Let us know if you want to check anything.

    Yeah it looks like Pictrs is broken.

    I鈥檓 upgrading my own instance slowly too and pictrs has been a pain. So far its been upgrading for a day and still going!
