Qualcomm and Google project will enable more RISC-V Android devices in the future.

    Android Wear* SoC.

    Even that will take a lot of effort and money, but being Qualcomm and Google I鈥檓 sure they鈥檒l pull it off. I鈥檓 not sure however how open will these RISC-V processors be, given that Qualcomm could just put their own custom extensions and make them proprietary.

      Yeah, I don鈥檛 think a lot of people understand that RISC-V doesn鈥檛 mean every RISC-V SoC is open. It鈥檚 only the underlying architecture that鈥檚 actually open.
