Somebody mentioned de-lidding the CPU. I am hoping to get away with not doing that, but we鈥檒l see how it runs.
I got it for $40, so I can鈥檛 complain. The disc drive works fine, it outputs 1080p, the controller input works fine. It just needs to be cleaned like all hell.
