Hey I know Mexicans that don’t like chilies, every culture is big enough for things like that.
But I want to like them. I try one every few years to see if they’re still yucky.
You may be a supertaster, there are cheap test strips you can buy online to see.
If you are that makes sense as bitter tastes are much stronger.
