Can we have a crowd-sourced bounty system for billionaires? The more billions they have the higher the bounty. I think it would be a good investment of public funds and benefit mankind greatly.

Well, in my case it’s high pressure, which can also lead to blindness. But it’s being treated and hopefully will stay stable for a while, there’s no real cure for these things.
