The price for DRAM and NAND have gone so out of control, we can’t get the pricing for new technologies cause they’re still under review due to unclear memory costs. Steam decks are completely sold out, with no new models being developed, and while they haven’t said anything, I have no doubts that this will delay the release of the Steam machine, much like how Sony is now considering a delay to the PlayStation 6 for the same reason.
