Employers aren’t always coming right out and saying it’s because of AI. But with like a million tech layoffs in the past couple years, I think it’s pretty obvious the industry has been decimated.
This data is nearly impossible to find anyway. How many employers have said, “do we need another developer or can we have AI take over some of the workload so we can use the staff we have?”
