A little padding at best. Maybe someone created a custom CSS for it, which you can apply right under the themes section. But I haven’t found anything yet.

I love the old reddit frontend for lemmy but sadly it seems to abandoned.

Most devs won’t bother developing apps that are not available on the play store, so alternative roms are not a solution in most markets.
