m750@lemmy.worldto Women's Hockey / PWHL@reddthat.com•If The PWHL Expansion Draft Occurred Today, Who Would Each Team Protect And Lose?English1·6 days agoThis seems like a total scam to the rest of the league, tampering even… It’s part of the chess match, but it’s blows for other teams. I know the fleet benefited from it with taps, but lost so much other talent, and stand to lose so much more next year.
I’m just sad to see some of my favs go, after being gutted last year.
Caring the reason why someone needs flex time is a bullshit thing.

I only run, and I do it close to 90km a week, so rotation, and discount shoes are the way.

I’m not an electrician nor trustworthy to do that level of work. I wouldn’t trust most home gamers to wire Ethernet let alone 240/60amps.

m750@lemmy.worldOPto [Dormant] Electric Vehicles (Moved to !electricvehicles@slrpnk.net)@lemmy.world•my first month of ownershipEnglish1·2 years agoWhich do you like driving more? And which do you think is a better / more reliable car?
I was locked in on the id.4 for the price, I ended up getting the car for about 31.5 OTD, for an AWD pro, after 7500/3500/1000 in incentives, so the mach e or other EV’s were not really in the conversation. We had looked at the Kona, but it’s too small for our use too.
m750@lemmy.worldOPto [Dormant] Electric Vehicles (Moved to !electricvehicles@slrpnk.net)@lemmy.world•my first month of ownershipEnglish2·2 years agoThe 24 has some updates that prior years don’t have. So far I don’t mind them. I’m really still adjusting to the car and trying to get it set to my liking. Lots of little things which are odd. So much light in the cabin at night.
The UI is still really distracting while driving in general. In my old car, I could defrost, or dial the radio with out looking, I could adjust heat direction or put on defogger without thought. This is far more attention requiring.
But, I like the car. Far from perfect, but light years more advanced than the 15 year old sti it replaced. Faster too.
