They’re both a unilever. I don’t think the same company does both internally; i think you’ll leave her wanted a premium chocolate brain and he tested well , that the dove customer base would also want the chocolate. Then both brands are supposed to be smooth and creamy so there’s synergy

They just sell cheap jdec garbage ram, so people normally don’t buy them. Both companies do make a lot of storage devices and do sell directly to consumers.
Micron had sold their profitable product rights to lexar , and then split lexar back into its own company. If micron didn’t launch micron pro by crucial right before departing the business, it would have made sense for them to stop the consumer market since they were selling commodity jdec ram and cannot tell more profitable gaming targeted overclocked ram due to their deal is splitting off lexar. They killed crucial right when they could start selling the good stuff again.

You cannot mix IC in them to work right and you would have 3 ranks per channel on DDR4 so it would not work correctly as you need one or a power of 2. You could technically get single rank ram sticks from micron that are 12GB, but the cost is more than 16GB sticks so I would go back to not a valid option. You could run one 24GB stick as well, but you should not be recommending that.
You could run less than one command per clock and make it work with mixed configs, but it is just a bad idea and not recommended or in spec.
If you had socked 1366 or one of the HEDT quad channel set ups running with one stick since a stick or slot died, then sure it would be a valid config.

You lose 8-10GB with windows web browser in back ground and windows depending on how you think your user will use their computer.
Zanz@lemmy.mlto PC Gaming@lemmy.world•Despite high memory prices, 007 First Light system requirements recommend 32GB RAM for 1080pEnglish3·3 months agoRecommended settings are for the average user to plug it in and get that performance. Have windows doing stuff in the background, a couple chrome tabs open and you need more than 16GB. 18-30GB are not valid ram configs on intel desktop or AM4/5 so 32GB is the closest.
Zanz@lemmy.mlto PC Gaming@lemmy.world•Despite high memory prices, 007 First Light system requirements recommend 32GB RAM for 1080pEnglish5·3 months agoRecommended is for the game to run well for a user, not what it needs to run well. 18-24GB is not a viable config so 32GB gets it. MS says you need 6GB for windows to stay in ram, chrome will eat a couple gigs, and then the game likely needs like 10GB. 6700xt is a low end card from 5 years ago. The requirements and recommended seem fine.

Voice over l t e is not standardized and the carriers on the I p to connect to their system. So every carrier has an encrypted blob that only works with whatever version of phone they want to sell. If you have a major phone like an iPhone or a pixel, then apple and Google work to make sure that those seemlessly download. But if you’re any other brand you’re kind of screwed. Even Samsung has issues since I can’t use the Play Store to distribute it in their own app.Store doesn’t have good support from the carriers. The carriers really push that only the phones are purchased from them work. Spokennoise, they also pushed it unsecured.Devices need to be wiped, including them voiceover Lte data.
Look at the issues with australian service right now , they are even trying to stop iphones from other countries from using it. Apple has a whole system to make sure that all phones work with the same voice over lte stuff following the bands match and auto download the blobs.
It won’t happen due to voice over lte.

The delayed or denied every warranty claim on their stupid 2 stage refrigerant pump, then said since the customer opened the box with the terms agreement that they couldn’t sue. It took more than a year to resolve just that there could be a class action lawsuit against LG.

Most recently it wouldn’t even tell you that it was only charging to 80%.It would still charge to a hundred but that would actually be eighty percent. Around a year ago they changed it so now it says eighty percent when you’re at full charge if you have the battery health turned on.
If you turn on the battery over provisioning you would see the same battery life at about a year and a half and then after that the provision battery will last longer. After the exploding phone they also provisioned five percent of all batteries.

It had a lot to do with low quality displays at the time and not necessarily people seeing it incorrectly.

Addiction is very specific and we don’t typically use it correctly in day day speech. You won’t have physical withdrawal symptoms like opioid, alcohol, or caffeine.
I would love see a study on lo g term effects. We won’t due to ethics. So far every study is either users have no long term side effects but it can make existing problems worse, or weed makes you try hard drugs and we should all know that is not real.
The ca law specifically requires parental configuration of new devices and they do not restrict content. It is there to prevent algorithmic feeds and data collection of minors. It is not age verification and does not allow for content restrictions.
Other places want to use the os to restrict content. There are lobbyists trying to get it to tie an ID to your os and to restrict/report content.
