I’m pretty sure I was sexually harassed twice as much before I was an adult than I do now. It doesn’t happen to me too often now but Ive still learned to keep my guard up. I’ve also learned to to not be shy and absolutely make a fuss in public rather than hide or run now. It works!

I can have fun while playing them, but that’s mostly for the social aspect of it. I don’t really care to discuss it outside of actually playing. Maybe it’s because my friend group is full of people who do want to discuss it and I’m just… Not that interested.
It’s technically a work of fiction but The Dispossessed by Ursula Le Guin can maybe be considered an anarchist book. It does a deep delve into an anarchist society and how it could theoretically be organized. In my opinion it could also be interpreted as a critique, but I think it’s stronger for it.
I came here to recommend this as well. While I wouldn’t describe the MC as overly feminine, the fact that she is a woman is definitely part of the story and the wider commentary.
This year I decided to throw a party on Vday, since going out that day with my partner always ends up being an expensive letdown. I thought most of my friends wouldnt show up figuring they would want to do something romantic with their SOs… I was wrong. Everyone agreed traditional Vday plans suck, so all of the couples I invited showed up and we had a full house. We had fun snacks that people baked, we played some fun games, and mostly we just had a good time. I might turn it into an annual tradition!

How did you train them to do that? The amount of cat around me during their morning feeding time literally delays the process because they are obstacles!
Open body language is a big part of it. Or generally gestures that clearly communicate you’re not upset - smiling, gentle/playful touches.
Also if you are angry but it’s at a situation and not a person, make that clear. E.g. even something as simple as the difference between “this totally sucks!!” and “this totally sucks, doesn’t it?” The second options conveys that you’re experiencing an annoyance together, as opposed to you experiencing an annoyance and you may decide to take it out on them.

80-95 going to housing and making sure your family is eating well is extremely reasonable. That’s the whole point of the money. That’s not kindness, that’s making sure your kids have a good life and it’s a major goal that most people strive for and would be happy to achieve.

On 9/11 we were told something bad was happening in the US, but no details. The teachers decided there would be no class for the rest of day, instead we’d have in-class recess until school ended. We were not informed about what was actually going on, just told to play.

I think it would depend on whether they’re just stupid or willfully ignorant. Personality counts for a lot imo.
