It’s much more likely for a Harvard professor than your average worker.
A quick search shows it’s prohibited in just 4 states. Many states have conditions that apply to configuration of rifles (and shotguns) such as capacity limits, so those would affect them the same.

There are types of AI that are very good at specific things and have been since before LLMs became accessible to use. We need to recognize that those are the types of AI which should be encouraged.
If you use a real computer, making an em dash is trivially easy in Outlook and Word. Many people probably do it without knowing what it’s called.
You shouldn’t assume that one character is definitive proof.
