I thought you were against welfare regardless of how it’s maintained. In the West, it is indeed maintained mostly through imperialism. But I honestly believed that many on lemmygrad are extremely ableist, which would be the reason why they dislike the welfare system. As for my reason for caring about the views of the people here, it’s just that they represent the most class conscious part of their respective society.
I learned my lesson. I will channel my anger toward those who have power to change things rather than lashing out at some random people on the internet.
This is an important litmus test for leftists. The zionist regime is an extention of USA/Western imperialism. It functions as a glorified military base in the middle east. The self proclaimed “only democracy in the middle east” is nothing but ground zero for a holy crusade against the “barbarians,” that is, people who defy and fight subjugation at the periphery.
I want to be able to judge the western left correctly as I am going to organize soon in my city. I live in a rural area and there’s not much going on right now. But I must know who is who before I begin. This is a knowledge I get from here.
