I have autism and ADHD, and have been frustrated throughout my entire life by my inability to realize any of my numerous ideas due to double executive dysfunction. While I see many drawbacks from using these models - the most serious one as it currently stands being their water consumption - I’ve come to consider them a very important support tool for people in a similar position as myself.
They have values. Or, more specifically, they have one value. Power.
I’d be more interested in what scripture has to say about what to do when being forced to watch innocent people getting from the living daylights to indeed their very lives beaten out of them. That seems more relevant to our current circumstance.
That said, as much as I’d like to throttle these fuckers with my bare hands, I don’t think it would be a strategically prudent course of action, for reasons other commenters have explained well enough.
The difficulty in funding a general strike due to payment handlers’ sucking up to the government seems like an important point I hadn’t considered. While crypto is not something I normally advocate for, might it offer a solution?
Difference between Russia and Venezuela? So many nukes. Too bad Ukraine got suckered into giving theirs up.
