Well, i didn’t find it, but there was some news a few years ago, about progress to practical use of Maser as tunnel boring/melting device.
I mean, microcontrollers, stand now, are commonly done in 100 or 80 nm.
Smaller is more expensive and less robust too.

In staging, i made a batch script to run the shortcuts on desktop we had to run to check if setup was successful. But i couldn’t just run the command of the shortcut but had to run the shortcut itself, because that made a difference.
