If for any reason I need to move something to a text file (very rare) then I just cut/copy and paste without the MD.

I’ve never had an issue. Used Android for memory years with zero issues.

Joplin. I use it on my phone, multiple laptops and Linux desktops.

It’s got a number of very busy gaming communities for games that I play. That’s it really.

If you don’t use it then it will always be quiet.

That being said there is a slow change happening and personally right now I use Reddit, Mastodon, Blue sky and Lemmy.🙂

I’ve spent the last year or so migrating small businesses to Linux.

Thus far none of them want to go back and this announcement is just another reason for people to move away from them.

People are beginning to realise that battery power isn’t all it’s cracked up to be when it comes to the mining of the materials and then subsequently the recycling of those batteries.

I figure if Packham’s sniffing a bird there’s probably a very good reason for him to be doing so.
