I had a fabulous time staying at this hotel. The location was excellent, right in the center of Knightsbridge and close to good shops. The room was lovely and had a great view. The bathroom was also great and had all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was delicious and the staff even offered to serve it in my room. this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The only downside was the lack of soundproofing, as I could hear people walking upstairs.

Beautifully decorated with a cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect, close to great shopping and convenient tube links. I would recommend this hotel.

During my stay at the hotel, I had a special request for a late check out due to my evening international flight. I communicated this via email prior to my arrival, providing all the necessary details. To my surprise, the duty manager was initially unwilling to accommodate my request, despite the confirmations I had received. after discussing the situation and showing him the emails, he eventually extended my check out time. This level of flexibility and willingness to assist guests was excellent.

Although there were some minor inconveniences, such as the lack of a diaper changing place after checking out, the positives outweighed the negatives.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities in the room made me feel pampered. the room was spacious and well-decorated, creating a relaxing ambiance. the continental breakfast served in the cozy lounge area was delicious. the staff provided excellent service, catering to my every need.

The location was slightly farther from the major attractions than I had anticipated, but the hotel's welcoming atmosphere made up for it. I was thoroughly impressed with this venue and would recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious stay in the city.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from major attractions like Harrod's and Hyde Park. We loved how tucked away the hotel was on a quiet side street, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and we especially enjoyed the elegant public spaces. One of the highlights of our stay was the high tea served in the afternoons, with delicious finger sandwiches, scones, and sweets. The staff were great, adding to the overall positive experience.

We had a few negative experiences. One of the breakfast services was slow and disorganized, with incorrect orders and long wait times.

The hotel is situated in a lovely, quiet backwater off the bustling main street. It is beautifully decorated with a colorful and quirky Luxe decor throughout. The staff is very welcoming and even surprised us with a bottle of fizz for my husband's birthday. The location is fantastic, close to London's most popular shopping areas, allowing us to easily explore and indulge. The room was well-designed and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. The amenities provided, such as the thick robe, room slippers, and in-house toiletries, added a touch of luxury to our stay.

Breakfast was a bit of a shambles, with no dedicated breakfast room available. We had to eat in the reception area, which was not relaxing at all.
