Bill Wannop, PhD, in the Human Performance Lab at UofC

New kinesiology research facility coming to campus

The university will soon be home to one of the most advanced post-secondary research facilities in the study of human performance, movement and sport science, thanks to an extraordinary $20-million gift from the Taylor Family Foundation.

Dr. Victor Cossich, PhD, a postdoctoral associate in the Faculty of Kinesiology, left his established biomechanics practice in Brazil to come to UCalgary to expand his capacity for problem-solving and patient care.
