Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

  • Take reasonable care of goods while in your possession

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • All returns subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee

  • We reserve the right to refuse any return and/or increase the restocking fee if goods are not returned in "as new" condition or have been subject to use after inspection by our staff.

  • Returns must be shipped within 7 days of return authorization

  • Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories

  • We do not accept return of any kind of software, CDs, DVDs, or books

  • Proof of purchase required from original purchaser

  • Free gifts included with purchase must be returned

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be refunded

  • Items with damage, markings, or missing components may receive reduced refund

  • Items shipped for free will have original shipping costs deducted from refund

  • Sale items, Used items  are final sale and exempt from this return policy.

  • Special orders are final sales with no returns/exchanges except for defects

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Order Acceptance

  • Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt but do not constitute acceptance

  • Khan Scope Centre reserves the right to refuse/cancel orders at our discretion

  • Reasons may include pricing errors, incorrect descriptions, availability issues

  • If canceled, you will be notified promptly with full refund for amounts paid

Cancellations

  • Canceled orders are subject to a 5% charge.

  • Customer-initiated cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Cancelled orders that are already shipped might be considered as returned items, thereby subject to our Return Policy. 

  • Special orders items cannot be cancelled. 

International Returns

  • Same policy applies with additional considerations:

  • Customer assumes all charges for the return

  • Choice of courier is at the customer's discretion with tracking/insurance

  • Customs charges paid are non-refundable

  • Customs charges incurred during return will be deducted from refund

Duties, Tariffs, And Taxes On International Orders

Khanscope Centre is not responsible for estimating, collecting, or reimbursing any duties, tariffs, or taxes applied to shipments outside of Canada. These charges are determined and collected by your local government and are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Used Equipment Sales

  • All used equipment sales are final

  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds

  • Exceptions only for items significantly different from description or damaged during shipping

  • Contact customer service within 7 days if issues arise

Refunds

  • Expect refund within four weeks of return shipment

  • Process includes transit time (5-10 business days), processing (3-5 business days), and bank processing (5-10 business days)

Warranties

All warranties are provided directly by the equipment manufacturers. At Khanscope Centre, we adhere to each manufacturer's warranty policies and procedures when handling warranty-related matters. In certain cases, manufacturers may require customers to cover shipping costs to and/or from their service centers. 

Shipping

  • We ship worldwide (with some product restrictions)

  • Estimated shipping dates provided during checkout

  • No weekend shipping

  • Shipping times not guaranteed; no refunds for late deliveries

  • Same-day service available weekdays (call for details)

Special Orders

  • 50%  to 100% deposit may be required

  • Special order items may not be cancelled

  • We will retain any deposits or monies paid if the agreement of purchase is not fulfilled

  • Lead times will be quoted but are estimates only

  • Special orders are final sales with no returns/exchanges except for defects

  • Standard shipping policy applies unless specified

  • Pricing may differ from regular items

  • Khan Scope Centre will communicate status updates

  • Special orders subject to manufacturer availability
