Chase OST Out Here: https://youtu.be/WN5LiIq-meM

It was the previous sale, but now as you can see itch io started a Summer Sale 2026 and I've signed all my games to it, so it's a new sale.

You’re right to call that out. I removed the first comment too quickly because I took it personally, and that was a mistake.

I’m still learning and improving as a developer, and I do appreciate honest criticism even when it’s hard to read. I may not agree with every point, but I’ll take the feedback on board for future games. Sorry for deleting your original comment.

The nightmare was never over.

It was only waiting.

CHAPTER 2 IS OUT HERE:

THIS IS A DIRECT CONTINUATION OF CHAPTER 1.

MATILDA: CHAPTER 2 begins immediately after the events of the first chapter.

You brought Matilda back.

But whatever answered your ritual never truly left.

Sounds great! 🙂

Shoot me an email at theredcapgames@gmail.com and we can work out the details there.

Looking forward to it!

Hey! I noticed both of our games feature siblings and have a somewhat similar horror vibe. I was wondering if you'd be interested in doing a small bundle together on itch.io. I think it could help both of us reach more players. Let me know what you think! 🙂

lol, this was nothing... you should try my game Chuck Nolemland: The Starving Kid xD. Thanks for gameplay, keep up the good work :D

The game doesn't have language options at the moment. 😅
If you saw Indonesian text, it was probably translated by the streamer or an external translation tool.

Thanks for playing and for the feedback! 😄
I'll continue improving the game, including Chapter 1. College keeps me pretty busy at the moment, so I can't always update as often as I'd like, but I'll keep working on it whenever I can.
Glad you enjoyed it, and thanks for the video!

Thanks for playing and for the video! Glad you enjoyed it 😄

Haha yeah, it can get pretty brutal 😭 Thanks for playing!

Thanks for the detailed feedback! Glad you enjoyed it, and I'll definitely look into the cutscene issue 🙏

Thank you! Glad the chase sequences kept you on your toes 😅

Haha sorry about the rage 😭 Glad you still had fun though!

Honestly... good question 😂 Glad you enjoyed it!

That's exactly the reaction I was hoping for. Thanks for playing!

Appreciate the offer! 🙏 I'm focusing on my current bundle setup for now, but thanks for reaching out.

Thanks for the feedback! That's actually a really fair point about the footsteps and vertical audio. I'll update it, and keep it in mind for future projects 🙏

Glad you enjoyed it! 😄 Yeah, the backtracking deaths were a bit much, so I toned that down in an update.

Thanks a lot! Really appreciate you taking the time to play and make a video 🙏

Sorry for the stress 😅 Glad you're still coming back for more!

Beating it on easy mode is still a win. Thanks for playing and for the video!

That's exactly what I was aiming for 😅 Thanks for playing!

Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for playing and for the video 🙏

Haha fair enough! Watching is definitely safer than surviving it yourself.

Appreciate it, man! Glad you had fun with it. Thanks for giving the game a shot and making a video on it. 🙏

Thank you so much for playing and giving valuable feedback. I've updated the game and added 2 new difficulties :D

Thanks, good for you ;D

Thanks! :D

Hey everyone,

I just released MATILDA, a short first-person psychological horror game inspired by classic indie horror titles and PSX-style visuals.

You play as a 5-year-old boy left home alone with his older sister while your parents are away for the night.

Everything seems normal until Matilda discovers a strange game hidden beneath her bed.

Features:

  • Psychological horror
  • Story-driven gameplay
  • VHS / PSX-inspired visuals
  • Multiple objectives
  • 15-25 minute playtime

Game page: https://redcap-games.itch.io/matilda

I'd love to hear your feedback.

fair take honestly, most games that blow up DO look random from the outside

but if it was just luck…

why do the same types of games keep getting picked up by youtubers over and over again?

thats not luck, thats patterns

and thats exactly what i break down :D

I've updated it now, it should work :D

really appreciate that 🙏
yeah I’ve been thinking about adding more languages actually
feel free to reach out (lorexgamesdev@gmail.com), would be cool to make it more accessible

yeah those chases can get intense 😅
appreciate you sticking with it though, means a lot
and glad you’re back playing my games 🙏
chapter 2 is coming, gonna push it even further

thank you 🙏
I’ll try to top it… no promises 😅

haha appreciate it man 🙏
that jumpscare got a lot of people 😭
chapter 2 is gonna be even crazier

thank you 🙏
“terrifyingly good” is exactly what I was going for 😅

really appreciate that 🙏
tried to make every moment count, glad it worked

thank you 🙏
glad the chase scenes hit, chapter 2 is gonna be worse 😈

appreciate it 🙏
wanted to keep it short but intense
