Nice sound cues, very satisfying 😄

I love this game, and the music is catchy! But I hate these chickens. Why. Won't they go. In the Gap. 😡😂

I think editing cover images is still ok if you want to! From the rules:

"You aren't allowed to delete, add, or change GAME FILES 6 hours (grace period) after the submission period (Micro Jam locks your page)"

Cover/banner images are just the marketing, I think it's permitted.

Wow, I love this idea so much, and you implemented it so nicely. Gacha machines feel like a really fun theming for a roguelike deck-buildery thing (Install new machines between runs! Single-use items for better RNG!) - I'd love to see you take this further (hopefully rebalanced a little). I found the art really charming too - a favourite so far in this jam 😊

The comedy is really fun and I love the art!
At first I was holding ctrl to crouch - aaand Ctrl-W closes the browser window. I had that exact problem on an old Ludum Dare entry, really took me back 😆

I'm glad you had fun!! My collaborator QG was responsible for the systems design and implementation, he did a fantastic job. I think one of us will have to revisit the camera once the voting is over 😂

Ah spooky! Well done, the POV really nails the feeling of being small and vulnerable!

oooh it's a little bit addictive! nice job!!!

Thanks, I worked really hard on the art! We were pretty short on time when it came to implementing the final camera controls😅

Feels very polished!!

Ah what a solid fishing mechanic!! I love the art and general vibes too!

Hell yeah nice job! I took an embarrassingly long time to figure out the interface, but once I found the play button I had a fun time XD. Love the homemade sounds!

Cool! Challenging enough to be fun, not so hard that it feels totally impossible (though I gave up trying to beat the lion 😆). Great art!

Now with fewer bugs!

Updated to add in an "end run" button on the pause menu. Behind the scenes, the flow of this game is incredibly fragile, both of us wrote parts of the core logic using entirely different systems 😅

I love the echolocation mechanic, really smart!

Thanks, the art was pretty rushed, I'm glad to see people liked it! ( I'll plug paxlefay.com for more of my art ;) )
The camera being locked was informed by the use of diegetic buttons to fit the "one scene" preq, but I totally agree with you on the balance and QOL. At the end we hit a bit of a crunch, and y'know how things tend to fall through.

Thanks for playing!

I eventually got stuck on a level, but the controls feel great. Generally just a very nicely designed platformer.

Ah yeah, there's only 6 waves programmed in (in a bit of a hurry at the end!), so after wave 6 you just get game over.

This is so cool! I'd love to see the pacing increased just a tiny bit, but otherwise this is just a really solid game. Good job!

A really well presented take on minesweeper! good job!

This is really cute!

Fun! I'd love to see the difficulty increasing over time, but other than that, good job!

Love it, great execution of a fun concept, though the background made me feel a little dizzy 😄
