Didn't enjoy this at all, sorry. The navigation was horrible, even with the fast travel options. At one point, the MC says to find a girl on a rooftop that doesn't even exist in the game.  Then, the guide in the phone for events says to do things, but those 'events' are just dialogue? Kept 'interacting' with Hayami to get her stats up and then next I know the events list says she has none. So, that was it? Them discussing classwork and astronomy and math? That's the game's depiction of an 'event' in an AVN? Never seen an AVN use 'event' for anything outside of an H-scene before.

Also, how is this high school? There is only one class you attend, and you choose whether to go or not? That sounds like college, where you show up two or three times a week for an hour or two and that is it.

As for characters, I never felt any of them had personality. They all felt very bland and generic. Outside of physical appearance, they felt similar and unforgettable, sorry. For example, Hayami speaks to and treats the MC very much the same way as Haru. Maybe that all changes, but I gave up on dawn of day 6.

Played for a few in-game days. It feels too much like a nonstop fetch quest and not enough gate control gameplay. Most days you don't even man the gate, just meeting a new NPC who sends you on a scavenger hunt. Needs less 'go do this task' and more 'choose who enters and who doesn't'. Would also like to see a way to interact with those you let inside. I felt like none of my decisions meant anything, as even after accepting females to join my private squad I never saw them again. I am sure if I kept playing I probably would, but there is just too much 'go talk to this NPC or go to this area and search' back and forth filler. The game advertises itself as gate management, then has VERY little gameplay of such. Found the game very boring due to all the repetitive 'hunt mice' and 'talk to this NPC' stuff. Sorry.

I manually exited by choosing so from the pause screen and choosing 'main menu'. I quit right after the MC said "better grab that box before leaving for work". Literally after that dialogue, upon Emi having left a note. I then noticed the main menu had 'continue' greyed out, meaning it never once attempted to save. I had been looking for an icon to show it was saving or any text saying 'game saved' while playing, but nothing ever displayed, if that also helps. Windows 11 HP Elitebook laptop playing the game through the Itch.io app's full install of the game.

Edit: So, I just checked the save folder and there ARE saves there. THEN, I loaded the game up, and NOW the 'continue' button is pink and accessible. So, it appears the glitch is not a lack of the game saving, but a lack of the continue button being functional when returning to the main menu from the pause screen. Closing the game out and then re-opening it seems to fix it.

I just tried to recreate it and cannot get the glitch to recreate. So, it may be linked to the first time the game is played. Something may not be triggering it to register there is a save when going to the main menu after playing the first time.

Also, small feedback about text in the game... your words that are contractions (such as can't and 'won't) are insanely spaced after the apostrophes, displaying as "can'     t"  and "won'     t". It is an issue throughout the entirety of gameplay thus far.

Edit 2 (critique now that I have finished the demo): A couple more criticisms. First, it is clear the art is AI, I suggest not using the pixel filter over it and just going for the smoother look. Just own into it and not try to hide it with a filter. It really is blurring a lot of the images that are not larger, such as when you are uploading the pics of your co-worker. They would look way better without the pixel overlay; and I say that as someone who prefers sprites to CG in most games. Or, make it an option to toggle the visual effect in the settings. I mean, it isn't even consistent; there are some places where the pixel filter is not used at all, such as the map, where the female in the thumbnail when choosing 'work' is smooth and not a pixel out of place, despite the man in the Mall's thumbnail being a mess.

Secondly, please move choice boxes way higher up on the screen. I have to keep restarting days because I am trying to click to the next text box when all of a sudden a choice comes up and one of the decisions' boxes is directly under my cursor, making me click it (such as the one on day three where the game lies and says there is an H-scene if you choose it when there isn't one). Either move the boxes, or include a 'back' button to go back in dialogue as many games have, please. Preferably both.

Third, on that same note of the scene... please make the text and on-screen visuals work together. If you soak her shirt it is NOT an H-scene and there is ZERO nudity, yet the option says "(H-Scene)" and the text that follows is all 'wow, I can see her nipples through her shirt' when she has a thick-ass bra showing through it and absolutely zero nipple or areolae of any kind. It is misdirecting to the player, conning them into choosing the act that is clearly the immoral one while offering no reward - despite one being promised - and just angering the co-worker. What you COULD DO is say 'POSSIBLE' H-scene in the option choice, then, when the shirt is wet, instead of detailing nipples that are visible when they are not, have the MC be like 'damn, I was hoping that would work better'. It will act as a sort of tutorial to denote that not all choices will have the desired outcome going forward and allow you to play with the options a lot more, widening versatility.

Another example of inconsistency with the art is the very last scene. Kana supposedly 'swallows everything' and was on her knees, but the picture afterward is her standing with stains on her skirt and thighs. Logically, - especially with how she has at LEAST double-G breasts - any stains would have been on her chest and never even seen her lower body. It greatly distracts from the immersion, breaking me out of feeling there and snapping me back to 'oh, right, I'm playing an AVN'.

As it is right now, I am intrigued by the story, but also turned off by the UI and pixel filter and annoying contraction issue with text. That being said, I also feel a lot of things could be slowed down to build tension and intrigue. Especially everything to do with Kana and Emi. We, as players, don't get to see any relationship build with Kana. We don't get to see the MC and her bond, but then she is suddenly agreeing to the pics and then jumping right to a BJ with very unrealistically little apprehension for someone the game describes as 'shy and innocent'. There needs to be a lot more scenes where the MC and her build trust while she remains hesitant before the BJ scene. As for Emi, they meet and walk to work on day one, then suddenly are acting like besties on day 2. It makes zero sense, implying that months have passed by despite the rest of the story between the MC and Mari implying it is actually just a day passing, and loses all value of allowing the player to feel they are accomplishing a bond with her.

TLDR: don't force your story to progress fast just to get to details and points you want to get to. Let characters develop and grow through interaction.

Also, I really thought the game would be far less linier, offering gameplay that focused more on stealthily monitoring the computers and digging for dirt while micromanaging time, similar to "Janitor of Love". I thought when we got the cameras it was leading up to such gameply elements.

Also, pro tip from a certified PC tech since 2003: there is no way he would have been locked out of Mari's PC ;) We can backdoor anything, especially as a sysadmin. Remote access is an easily acquired feature. As a techie I was like "why doesn't he just do this or this?" I get you are trying to push a plot for spying via the cam, but it resulted in making the MC look bad and ill-suited for his profession. Also, in that same scene, when Mari gets to using her toys, there is a flash of the previous fantasy of the MC taking her from behind first. It flickers on the screen for a moment before changing to Mari with her toy.

No, thank you for making such a fun and great game. My compliments to the artists especially. Their art is very cute and pops. I also enjoyed seeing references to other developer's games such as Clover Pit. My only real suggestion going forward would be to include arrow key controls to pan the screen for people such as myself who are on laptop. It would just make the QoL a bit more manageable, but isn't required. Looking forward to seeing a sequel or some DLC.

(1 edit)

How do you save in this game? I just lost three in-game days worth of progress because I couldn't find the feature anywhere and assumed it would auto-save each new day.

(6 edits)

Paid for the game, but when I click "download" for windows it says "Upload not found."

Edit: Okay, it worked when using Firefox and not the Itch.io app. The app apparently errors it.

Edit number 2 for feedback purposes:  Beat the game. Got the true ending, but missing the PULL achievement and one cat. Music dims whenever you click things, so that gets annoying fast. Second, the fireworks need to be able to be toggled off. Also, I beat the demo 100% before and I have to say I love the inclusion of being able to enter some places now, but I feel like the tutorial could explain that some things can be interacted with just for fun now. I spent way too long in that Spring apartment trying to find out what I was missing for cleaning or plugging in to charge thinking something would happen, then again trying to fill stockings with coal in Winter.

Also, a tip for anyone stuck... I was missing one pigeon and half the mail in Spring's map and a bunch of things in the other maps, such as gnomes or bird feed in Autumn. Spent over an hour looking for that pigeon and the mail alone, but for the life of me couldn't find them, so I assumed I was missing an entire area to explore, perhaps. Found them all in the demo, but I know they are moved now as a lot has been changed * and censored I noticed ;) *. So, for anyone who gets stuck, I advise you to read all the little text balloons that the items have.  Sometimes completing the tasks doesn't mean finding more. The mail, for example, can be completed at 50%.

Oh, and one last minor glitch... in Summer, don't drag the green inner tube to the person in the pool with the dolphin in it. It makes the inner tube vanish and you have to close out and re-open the map. Also, exit the game completely often, as it appears to have save issues if it crashes. I completed two maps fully then the game locked up (from my own fault. Was charging my laptop and overheated it by accidentally resting it on the fleece blanket on my couch) and I had to force close. Opened and had to do everything over. Not too much trouble except for the Person Poker achievement and tree shaking achievement, which kept semi-resetting progress, however, even when beaten. Not including the time it crashed of my own fault, I had to do each thrice.

Game is cute, but very short. Four levels. Took me about 4 hours to find everything (except that damned cat and the PULL! achievement I've yet to find). Would love to see more content. Demo had me thinking final game would be more risque, but it went the opposite direction. Not that it makes any difference, just letting people know; it is not an adult game and is extremely kid friendly now.

(1 edit)

Okay, then, the potion is entirely glitched and causes a black screen then the tools to no longer function. I'll try to get her partially nude first and see if that affects it all. I'll edit this post once I have an answer for you. So far, it 100% glitches when she is fully clothed.

Edit: Okay, confirmed: She always stays passed out when the screen comes back after being black when giving the potion. So, potion always locks up the game entirely. HP Elitebook laptop running Windows 11, by the way, if that helps.

Not really disappointed as much as confused. Well, maybe a bit disappointed due to being mislead by the intro and game's tags on Itch of being adult when it clearly is not.

Is there no 'win'? No progress? Is it just "use this object on her feet to see her laugh"? It feels like an old Newgrounds flash game, which isn't a bad thing, just something players should know to expect going into it. Went into this expecting an adult game because it was catagorized as such, then the intro screen said 'partial nudity' and '21+', but the gameplay had nothing of the sort for any of it. I suggest you just shove the game into the normal games area and remove the adult tag. Also, sincerely want to know what the pink potion bottle item was supposed to do after you get her drunk.

On that note, I'm a huge hater of furries, and even I can say the art is really good and main character attractive.

Is something supposed to happen when you use the potion bottle? Screen goes black with no sounds and then you cannot interact with her in any way when it comes back, you can only change the held item.

Warning screen says partial nudity. Where? This game is pretty-much rated E from what I can tell. No nudity. No swearing. No violence. Why in the adult section with a 21+ warning? The alcohol consumption? If so, that isn't enough for an adults-only. T at most.

Also, 10/10 options menu. Made me laugh. lol

Yes, it does. My laptop does have a touch screen, though I never use it. HP Elitebook with Windows 11, if that helps.

The build-up and anticipation makes it better. Statistically, scantily clad is sexier than fully nude in all things from art to media because it adds a sense of mystery and draws the viewer (or in the sense of games 'player') in more, offering a 'reward' for patience and effort. It's the same with how most people find accidental nudity / ENF sexier than a chick willingly flashing her tits. The unexpected draws arousal more than 'here they are'. I personally think the dev has the right mindset.

BTW, there is a free hidden object game on Steam called "Boobs Hidden In Los Angeles" if you want a nudist hidden object game.

I only play full screen. Not a fan of windowed.

I suggest having that map have room numbers on it. Like "Math" should say "Room 101" or something to let players know it is on the first floor. Or, just omit the arrow stuff completely and let the player fast travel. Poking arrow after arrow is tedious and dumbs down the gameplay, same as I recently told another dev. Personally, I find it boring having to click parts of a screen over and over to get around when there is nothing to explore or do otherwise.  That being said, no offense, but I lost interest. Between that and the dialogue seeming generic and bland, I don't really feel invested. All for the high school theme, but everything else drew me from this game. Best of luck, though. Sincerely.

(1 edit)

Game has cute graphics and all, but a LOT of issues. First being it feels way too linier; to the point it feels more suited to be an animation than a game, as it just hand-holds you and only offers one option to do. No exploration. No choices.

Secondly, there is a constant UI for touch screen on my windows laptop with no way to disable it. So, I am forced to constantly see a directional pad and "INTERACT" button at all times.

Third, at the end of chapter 3 (when discussing Phil's trip) the game just... stopped? But also didn't? The screen went black and that aforementioned touch-screen UI was all that displayed. Had to force quit.

Fourth, starting in Chapter 3.2 after that issue, I could interact with the wardrobe, then the toilet, then the drawers of toys... but the drawer's items would highlight but nothing could be chosen (spacebar did nothing) and there was no way to exit out of the drawer. My character was still walking, however, as I could see the background scrolling. I brought the menu up using the P in the upper left. This made the drawer disappear, but the objects in it remained above Dawn's head. I had to close out once again, as there was no way to interact with anything other than moving Dawn left and right through rooms while the sex toys lit up above her head.

Also, why do the directional buttons work for moving Dawn but not for choosing the floor for the elevator? Seems a strange inconsistency.

Awesome, thank you!

As for the reallocation of stats, no. I didn't change the skills. I had chosen the blacksmith and then clicked the minus sign on the Wisdom twice then Charm's plus sign twice. When I finalized and clicked to go to the next screen I realized my Strength and wisdom were both suddenly 15 (Str was 18 and Wisdom 17 originally, which was why I chose to lower Wisdom, assuming it least important for a blacksmith). When the game began, I went into my character stats and confirmed I had seen that right. I counted the total points and they were no longer 21, but 19. I know they should total 21 because I had counted the points when cycling through the different classes to see if any had more than the others and found they all had 21 total and that you can reroll by clicking the same class over and over.

Edit: First off, why did I keep saying 21 not 61? Was posting the number when you add the right-side but not the left-side numbers. -.-

Secondly, I see what you mean about the skills now. I didn't realize those were skills. They explained the stats, so I thought they were merely a guide explaining what the stats do, like how charm helps and str helps and such. That is most definitely what happened. My clicking was changing skills, good catch. Didn't even realize those WERE skills.

First time I loaded, the cursor refused to move on the title screen - couldn't even choose New Game. Closed the game out and re-opened and got to the part where sis asks me to meet downstairs for food after I unpack. that's it. That's the entire gameplay. Nothing does anything after that. I'm stuck in my bedroom with nothing to click on other than the menu buttons such as save and load. Tried three times and always have the same result.

Windows 11, HP laptop, btw.

Edit: Third new game worked. The boxes and luggage finally began to flicker. Also, any way to speed the title card and all the logos and such up? Every time I restarted I was watching the intro logos more than I was playing the game.

Seems like it would be a lot of fun, but it is very cumbersome on laptop, having the character attack where the mouse cursor is, rather than the way the character is facing. I had difficulty fighting the first skeleton because my character was swinging downward the entire time regardless as to which way he was facing prior to my pressing left click. Gave up right after I won as there is no way I'll be able to play like that. If you could have an option for 'attack where facing' in the options, I'd appreciate it. Or, have it be like the original Diablo games and have the character move where you click so WASD isn't needed (or in my case the arrow keys as my A-button and E-button keep popping off and I had to rebind the movement).

Edit: Also, my 18 Strength dropped to 15 when I deducted points from Wisdom to place into Charm. In other words, during character creation, removing points from Wisdom also took them from Strength. So, instead of 21 total points I had 19 at the end of it since it minused 4 to re-allocate two.

No, no.  Don't say I didn't enjoy it. I didn't uninstall, just plan to play it when I am feeling up to a more slower-paced gameplay. I just got temporarily bored with poking around aimlessly is all. I very much plan to give it more attention, which is why I worded the start of my post with "I only played a little bit so far". Emphasis on 'so far'. :) I was trying to note that if I suggested things that were added as the story went on - such as the fast travel -that is why.

My laptop's specs if they help you:  It is an HP EliteBook 830 G6

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8665U CPU @ 1.90GHz (2.11 GHz)

Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable)

System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Pen and touch Touch support with 10 touch points.

Like I said... not a gaming laptop by any means. It plays things like Cosy Cafe, though, which have higher graphical requirements, but it won't render 3D models in real time without major lag. Animations such as cutscenes are no issue, however.

Only played a little bit so far and navigation is a huge turn-off. It is a chore having to poke arrow after arrow to go to the class each time, for example. Also, most of the time there is a performance issue where it has a delay before recognizing my cursor is over a bubble or an NPC. I know my laptop is not a gaming laptop, but considering I don't have the same issues with much more graphically intense games that use arrows / bubbles to move to new screens I felt I'd let you know. I feel you should make a fast travel management for places you have been to before like most VNs use - if that isn't a feature already that unlocks later and I've yet to get to (I.E. a series of sub-areas, such as inside the school you could pick the room from a list of rooms previously visited). You could also benefit from a guide to let players know what characters are in that area when you pick it from the map, such as character heads of characters you can interact with under the school on the map. I made it to day 1 and gave up for now because I felt too bored and annoyed just poking bubbles aimlessly for no return, especially with the latency issue I mentioned that happens with the bubbles and characters 'lighting up' before left-clicking does anything.

Also, the entire introduction of Skyler felt off for several reasons I can't state without giving spoilers. Half or more of it just made no sense contextually.

*clears throat* WOOO! \o/    Seriously excited!

Grace is most likely the popular fan-fave 'because goth'. I'm a middle-aged goth, and let me tell you, when I was in school... us goths were NOT popular - not even the females lmao But nowadays, goth chicks are the trend, it seems. (Though never ask an AI generator to make a goth. It portrays us as satanic, white-face-paint-wearing, combat boots, and platforms for clothing. None of that is true for me or any goth I have ever met in my life in any goth night club I frequent. All just media BS. I see the occasional platform on the younger chicks new to the scene, but that's most likely because of Hot Topic's crappy clothing nowadays - which is why we don't shop there anymore lol) Especially in VNs because they have an edge to them that makes them more appealing than the other characters that tend to be too generic. Not saying your characters are generic, for the record, just saying that compared to most characters in media , the goth chicks have 'bite' and 'fire' in them. That confident and sarcastic wit that stands out amongst other character types. Me, I tend to go between favoring goths and the shy innocent nerd types in VNs. But yeah, Grace was the one that caught my eye the day you released the first version and I saw screenshots before installing.

Also, was there supposed to be info on version 0.03 in this post somewhere? You started with saying you wanted to give and update for it, then just asked for our fave charry lol Good to see it is in development still. Never mind a game taking months to get an update, just so long as it doesn't get abandoned. Would rather devs take their time and deliver something that is great, than rush or abandon it, feeling overwhelmed. :)

Edit: just noticed the rendering and writing percentage you gave for the update. My bad lol

This post just saved me downloading this. I would have uninstalled on the verification screen for the same reasons, so thank you for the warning.

I'd also suggest widening the screen or moving several objects as some of them are on the edge and frustratingly missable. At least three items I didn't even see because they are half cut-off or more by the screen's edge. But, I mean, those are very small complaints. So, all things considered, great game. Would like to see a lot more floors in the sequel, if you make one. The elevator concept is a unique spin on the point n click genre. Kudos for originality! It made me feel like I was playing something unique and new!

Traps being rebought being an issue I agree with 100%, but I'd also like to make a very small request of the cursor color... it blends in way too much with the background when not hovering over "save" or similar buttons. Constantly losing sight of it. I'd suggest brightening it a bit into a crimson-ish or deep purple so it is visible but keeps the macabre tone.

Came here to ask the same thing lol I was like "there is no way to go back and reset the floor, but I used both remotes..."

I thought the itch thing was taken care of like a month after it happened. I support H-game devs via Visa/ Bank card all the time on here...

Also, about the romance and partner issue, I may have a suggestion. The very first VA I ever played and liked had you play the entire game and then asked you which girl you wanted to date. Once you chose the girl, that was the ending you had. You basically secretly dated them all without the others knowing unless they were best friends or such up to that point.

I also would ask if there is a way you can make it so the 'skip' button stops at the screen for the film's tally. Having to button mash my way through the same dialogue every night is slightly annoying because skip zooms passed the screen letting me know how much I made. It is either that, or I skip it then slam the "back" button to see.

Edit: I just realized something... why are we working for a daily payment anyway? Wouldn't uploading the films become a revenue in the way actors in commercials and TV shows get small paychecks for every time they are aired or YouTubers when they are viewed so much?

Edit 2: Never mind! LOL I just unlocked research and see the ad revenue! LMAO. Definitely need a way to boost Research Points (RP) gained. Glad I chose research as my character's bonus, because, damn if that shit doesn't become time consuming and pricey - especially with the fluctuating earn each night if you don't save scum.

Cool! Thanks for replying. Looking forward to all those cool additions. But, as I said, so far, you have a very solid start with a very fun and functional game as is. Holding back while you get everything else situated was a good call. I'm definitely invested in a couple of the characters' stories.

First time I have seen this game listed. Wasn't expecting so much content already! 4 hours in and still more to play of what you have so far is truly impressive for a start. Only three small typos so far is actually impressive as well for what I assume is a solo dev. The only things I would like to see are animations instead of still images (though I know that is hard and probably will never happen, so no biggy), and maybe a guide beside the girls' names that shows their possible earned income if you choose them that night so I don't have to go to the character bio page every time. Like: Amy 127-202.  Sam: -12 - 347. And maybe a way to change the girls' offered pay on the fly. I felt bad after offering Amy so little pay because I was unsure of how much I would make, being she was my first investment. On that point, I just realized a foreshadowing stat viewing would have helped with that. Like, had I known I'd be making a profit of around 150 a night I would have offered her more. Maybe when the screen for choosing what the girl will make pops up have an option to click for a clue of profit, like if you click it, it will say "estimated average profit: 150 per night" so people who don't want such a foreshadowing could just not click it, but those of us who do could more fairly pay the girls from initial offer.

Oh, also, I genuinely teared up at once scene. No clue how to do spoiler tags on here, so I won't say what part. But you got my feels hard. Kudos! Great work so far!

Looking forward to being able to place the stat point I gained. Stats and character customizations such as cosmetics / outfits are always fun in any game for me. Seeing the stat system told to be incorporated made me excited for it!

*Edited for grammar due to my A-key popping off my laptop as I typed lmao*

Been two years and I still find myself checking on this game all the time because it was so good for what was there. Out of all the HVNs I play - and there are a lot - this one was one of my top 5 easily. Hope this game doesn't die completely.

Yeah, I saw all of those. I do follow your pots, like I said. That's not the point. You seem to keep sidestepping over the issue I detailed twice, so I think we're done discussing this now.

Good start. Refreshing to see a VA where the females have realistic chest sizes for once.

Only small suggestion I have is get an editor, as a large portion of the dialogue - especially at the start - is broken English.

No, I never use the SFW sets lol I just woke up, updated the game and was like "Wow, I went from like 60-80 or more packs down to about 15-25 and none of them look like real humans anymore (though I am aware they are all AI generated) like the Home set, for example - all of those were gone. And tbh, I stand by my statement of it makes it a huge inconvenience and flat out blocks some people from accessing those packs anymore if they lack a means to sideload the content; I.E. a PC. But, I've never seen anyone do an "update" that removes most of the content that existed prior. That's absurd, imho.

(1 edit)

Been a follower of yours since finding this game two+ years ago, before DLC was even a feature. In that time, I told my friends about how you kept adding packs and features in free updates and how they should download the game. HOWEVER! Last time I updated it on the phone was about a year ago, shortly after including the update for the custom images... until today.

I updated today to find 90% of the packs are missing and a pop-up saying the one I used is now DLC. Not cool, dude. I have a lot of choice words and am attempting to quell them into silence with much difficulty. First off, if the packs are in that 1-gig file, then maybe make the DLC accessible to those without a ****ing PC to move the file around. Also, having the directions need to go to discord just seems like a shameless plug for getting discord members. I have both a PC and am tech savvy enough to get it working without needing to join your discord, but that doesn't mean everyone will meet both requirements. I see absolutely ZERO reason you had to REMOVE packs and separate them from the base game - your pop-ups own wording btw; "Has been removed from the base game and is now DLC".

Anyway, uninstalling, dropping to one star, and unfollowing unless I feel there is a DAMNED GOOD and NON-EXCUSE reason.

*Edited "maps" to "packs" as I wrote the wrong word*

Enjoying the game, but could use a bit more in terms of descriptions for things. For example, spent all that time getting the garden to 100% but nothing appeared to be unlocked for doing so. A new subtext under the 100% would be nice. A few other areas could use similar.

Edit: Before I forget... minor bug. I tested this many times with several different places / actions and it is a 100% occurrence, but if you end with an action (say tending the garden) the game doesn't give credit for it unless you have another action - even if it fails - set up to immediately go into. For example, The Tend the garden take 800 stamina. If I have 830 and it ends and loops to the new day with my remaining 30 I don't get any progress on tending the garden. But, if I set the action to 2 counts of tending the garden, or one of tending the garden followed by any other action, then when the first one ends it gives the progress toward it immediately.

Playing on Windows 11 via full download, not browser btw

You're still talking a monthly subscription just to buy a single DLC... It doesn't even let me see what DLCs or DLC pack I'd be getting exactly because all that info is blurred and locked on the website unless you agree to it. No offense to you, as I've been in your discord for a long time and it is the Subscribestar's layout not you, but it makes it kind of shady and pathetic business practice to block out what you'd be getting completely. I refuse to do monthly payment plans. So, no, my previous statement stands with "just sell the damned DLCs individually".

Really wish you would just sell the packs on here. I refuse to support Patreon in any way, but I'd love this pack :/

Can't wait to own the full version. I know I said that before, but truly, I mean it! Thanks for these little s-nippets of previews. The beach one looks like it will be really fun. Hoping you have something goth like a haunted house themed one. Either way, love the art style and little animations! Here's hoping your numbers keep rising! If you ever release on console, I'll grab a copy for my Xbox for sure, as well as for PC!

This is the way to do it. As someone who has written many short stories in my life, I always follow the rule of "write until I find a good spot to stop for dramatic effect". Plus, I really enjoy your writing and characters, so go all in!

Oh, I plan to. I wasn't trying to insult it. Like I said, I noted that it is in early stages of development. I said "in its current state" in an attempt to pointedly detail I wasn't trying to offend or insult. Just was saying what I personally felt should be prioritized. Control-wise, it plays smoothly, albeit I suck with keyboard for everything. That being said, I feel I was doing pretty well even for my lack of WASD skills. Would suggest, also, a description of damage and range for weapons in the shop, as well as changes when upgraded / combined.

The balance is highly off. You never feel like you're getting stronger. In fact, you feel weaker each level. There seems to be no way to make the DNA be worth more, which I think is the real issue. Survivors games are always roguelite, not roguelike, and have an EXP% increase option and ways to make subsequent runs easier with permanent upgrades. This game lacks both, making upgrading your weapons and character insanely hard, and in later levels outright impossible. Made it to stage 12 or 13 and it was a chore and just not very rewarding or fun to me beyond level 5. Each level felt and looked the same, just the enemies became bullet sponges. Upgrading weapons by combining them made me feel even weaker, because I lost DPS by fire rate when doing so - 6 guns shoot more often than 5 do logically - but you don't have enough DNA to buy a replacement weapon after combining. Interesting concept, but definitely missing a lot to make it work in its current state.

This pleases me greatly! Thank you! I much prefer to go through itch than steam since I haven't ever purchased anything on steam and never log into my account. Looking forward to the final release!
