"Touch some grass"
BUT THE TREES HATE ME?!?!?!
Totally would recommend this to others hahahaha
Playing this game while sipping my strong iced coffee, I feel called out hahaha.... The art hook me up, definitely had fun with the funny dialogues... The task is a bit tedious since we can't process multiple documents at a time, but I guess that's how the real-world works... Finished my work at 4:30 PM but decided to talk with the colleagues before sending in my last report ╰(*´︶`*)╯
I usually quite skeptical in downloading exe files but this game got me intrigued by the screenshot so much that I ended up downloading it!
THE ART IS AMAZING?!! I couldn't believe how the game managed to be completed within the jam period cuz it feels so nice and complete. I hope there'll be more continuation using these characters with more interactions and gameplay!
Thank you for checking out my game!!
Glad that you had fun running through the town!! At first I thought the caffeine power was too strong, but your comment makes it worth it. Maybe in the future, I'll make it so once you found the cat, they'll follow you around, so you can feel like a sonic with cat companions HAHAHAH
I started my game 1-2 days before the submission as well so I get your feelings hahahaha
Tried three time, and still couldn't reach the flying part, maybe I'm meant to just walk for now lol
Again, really cool concept, love the animation, art, music, transitions and all!
I hope you'll continue this game after the jam ends!
.
(Edit: I just saw your profile, and I remember playing your Halloween game a few weeks ago while searching for game jam inspo, really love that one!!)
Love the concept of sharing won't dim your light but make the place brighter!!
2D platformer often got booby traps or enemy, at the first 10 seconds, I was worried I'm gonna run into them hahaha
Love the overall game but if you want to hear which area to improve:
1 - I wish there's much more in-game meaning to the amount of torches, people and hope player collects rather than just end number.
2 - At first I didn't know we could go down on this kind of bridge/platform(?) by pressing down. It'll be great if there's some sort of indicator.
Great job in submitting the jam, and making an interesting game!!
