There's two variations of the epilogue - good and bad with more variations within those ☺️

No, you're not missing anything 😊I try to leave the character dynamics to feel as open-ended as possible so that players can interpret the different actions as they feel to them without being told they're wrong. There is no right or wrong way to interpret Salyra's actions and I have a range from she's evil to she was just trying her best from players. If you can forgive her, great and if not, you won't be punished for acting against her either. So however you feel about her, it's completely valid and definitely not wrong.

Thanks for playing 🌸 You'll need to start from scratch since the demo build doesn't have all the same variables from the full game. There'll also be new scenes added from the Prologue, so it'll be impossible to carry over saves from the public demo to the full game. I hope that answers you 😊

Hosted Games and Choice of Games uses Choicescript to code/design the games and my game is created using Twine, so there's definitely no plans to use them to publish Crown of Exile. The game is being developed solely by me, so there's no need to be using Choice of Games or Hosted Games to publish Crown of Exile. Hope this answers you!

It depends on how well the game does on Steam. It costs money to build the app with the proper licence, and then to host it on Google Play, and since I'm paying for all of this, I'll need to see if it's feasible to spend more money on making an android version. If it does happen, it'll only be after the Steam release and once I see how it's received there 😊

I believe Germany wants Steam to require IDs to confirm ages, and Steam has refused to comply with this, so any 18+ game which contains NSFW (even if it's text-based and optional) is automatically banned. It is a huge issue with the more recent IFs, but I've been told there are workarounds, so I'll do my best to make the game available for everyone. Thank you for your support!

The rating is 18+ so it's automatically banned in Germany because of the current laws. I'm  only selling the game on Steam, but for German players, I'll likely use Steam keys through itch.io 😊 I've heard that's a workaround or gifting the game to users, so it's likely to be a separate game page here that allows players to get the Steam keys. I'll have to test it out first, but it should (hopefully) work.

I'm still debating releasing on itch.io because it's so easy to pirate paid games here. I understand the 18+ rating is an issue with German customers, so I'm likely going to intergrate Steam keys for German players wanting access to the game, but through itch.io. I'll be posting a full update on this sometime in Q1 of 2026. Sorry about the access issue!
