I just double checked, there’s nothing in our database to suggest any lost comments. Sorry, not sure what you saw.
Can you explain what you mean when the “page suddenly glitched.” Did you ever see an error message?

We deployed the update to day to enhance the Patreon integration, please try it out and if you encounter any issues leave a comment in that thread: https://itch.io/t/6525951/enhanced-patreon-integration-tier-based-grants
Today we are launching our rebuilt Patreon integration, which allows project owners to automatically grant access to their itch.io pages to patrons who link their Patreon account. Part of this update is migrating to Patreon’s V2 API, so if you encounter any issues please leave a comment in this thread!
Our original implementation was built around setting a minimum pledge threshold, but unfortunately this created a lot of issues for people who use different currencies or are granted access in different ways. We’ve kept the minimum pledge threshold as a legacy option, but we’ve added two new ways to grant access to an itch.io page from a Patreon pledge.
Any paid membership - Anyone subscribed to a paid tier on your campaign gets access.
Specific tiers - Pick one or more Patreon tiers that a patron must have to grant access.
Minimum pledge amount - The old behavior, kept around for projects that already used it.
If you’ve already configured Patreon access on your page, then it’ll continue to function the same way, but you can go into your settings and refine how access is granted if desired.
Access decisions now run on Patreon’s current API and look at the tiers a patron is entitled to, instead of trying to match a pledge amount.
Gifted memberships now work - If someone was gifted a membership to your campaign, they’re entitled to a tier even though they never paid anything themselves.
Cancelled but still paid through - A patron who cancels but is still inside their paid period keeps the access they paid for until it actually lapses.
Free tiers are now supported - You can now grant access to those who have free tiers when selecting specific tiers.
No more currency rejections - Tier-based access doesn’t compare amounts across currencies, avoiding previous linking issues due to currency differences.
Head to your project’s edit page and find the Patreon access in the Distribute tab. Connect your campaign if you haven’t already, pick how you want access granted. You may need to refresh your campaigns if tiers are not visible.
Enjoy
Unfortunately, at this time, NSFW tagged content that accepts payments is not being indexed. There are no other restrictions on your account from what I can see. https://itch.io/t/5149036/reindexing-adult-nsfw-content
Looking over your page briefly, though, I feel like perhaps the NSFW classification you applied isn’t appropriate. So if you remove the sensitive content warning, then your page will be eligible for indexing.
Yes all the features are there, but in order to edit any existing pending bundle you will have to reset participation to have access to the new split sliders and to enable the “prune” setting for the bundle.
Note that if a bundle has already been published previously it’s not possible to prune it, so you can’t use the tools to edit a bundle that has already been live.
You have a restriction on your account due to rating fraud (creating fake accounts to boost your games rating).
Seems like you are still doing it to this day despite our warning to you a while back.
Contact support if you wish to submit an appeal, revealing everything you know, otherwise you’re permanently deindexed.
Over 10 years ago we introduced “Co-op” bundles as a way for developers to self-organize bundles of content across multiple accounts with custom revenue sharing.
Since then we’ve hosted thousands of bundles, including the biggest bundles ever hosted.
Our bundle creation tool was originally designed to give the least possible surprises to participants. Once created, a bundle was locked and participants could only approve or deny. If any changes needed to be made an itch.io admin would need to be involved or the bundle would have to be recreated. This process was not designed for the wide range of sizes that bundles on itch.io can be, so today we’re launching our revamped bundle creation tools.
We hope you enjoy this update and I’m looking forward to all the new bundles to come.
Too often we’ve seen someone assemble an impressive bundle, but at the last minute, one of the participants just isn’t responding. In our old system, the entire bundle would have had to be remade. That sucks. We’ve got some advanced tools to help hosts of larger bundles avoid no-shows ruining the entire bundle.
The bundle analytics page displays daily/weekly views graph. Additionally, on the top of the analytics page, you’ll find the total views your bundle has received.
Enjoy!
Try to upload your game directly to itchio, you can use the itch app to do larger files than the browser: https://itch.io/updates/pushing-builds-with-butler-is-now-in-the-itch-app
You spammed your game into a bunch of jams. Don’t do that, you will be banned from indexing https://itch.io/docs/creators/quality-guidelines#game-jams/do-not-add-your-game-to-unrelated-jams-for-promotion
