How do I transfer the files?

It still says 4.8.6 on the download links, are only the names not updated? and can I transfer my old save files from the old update to this new one?

Love the game so far but I cant seem to continue the story, it says "to be continued" and im only on day 2. Im wonering if thats the end of the current build or no

I have replayed this 5 times now and I really LOVE IT! Do you have any set date for the next update and are you working on the corruption path in this new update and further more how far along are you in compleating this game percentile wise?
