Some good Paper’s Please vibes here. I could not figure out any of the headlines so sounds like I shouldn’t be in that line of work 😅. It all felt really good, and especially cohesive. Great job.
I found this game somewhat hard but I do like the concept of it. The white noise sound is relaxing. Nice job!

Cool idea for a game! I feel like the picture on the paper might need to be more relevant to help hint toward the headline because it is quite difficult and the picture is more often than not just a exclamation mark lol

To be fair, we had a week to make over 70 articles. Best I could really do was make a few pictures with broad meanings.

No, I totally get it. Wasn’t a criticism of your design. The time constraints forces us to make compromises. Was just giving feedback. Trust me, most players can’t even finish my game because I designed the levels last couple of hours. I don’t think, at the skill level that I’m at, that I would have been able to make your game, yet. Lol
this was a tough one but art, sound and polish were great.

Very Original, Great Graphics and vibe. I think it would have been easier to grasp the words if all of them could have been seen at the same time
I was only able to get the monkey headline on day 5. The UI was clean and easy to navigate. I also enjoyed the sound effects which created the old-timey newspaper vibe. The headlines and subtexts made a lot more sense when I looked at the spreadsheet after haha. I think if the number of words to choose from was lessened for each headline or if there was some sort of hint (besides the newspaper picture), it would have been a better experience. It was overwhelming with how many words I had to look through. Good job overall!

The presentation of this game is perfect. It's simple, coherent, cool and vibey. My only problem is the actual core gameplay mechanic (and that is even though redactle is one of my favourite puzzle games). It just didn't click with me, sorry. Otherwise amazingly well-constructed game!
Really interesting take! I had a lot of fun with it, I think trying to add some element of quicker feedback might help the player catch on a little bit faster. I had an absolute blast messing around and guessing/making my own headlines that I thought were funny. A+ ASMR typing/UI sounds, the style of it was really neat and seemed quite polished.
Great work! If I nitpick, stuff like the word bank closing after placing a word, emoji's not working on web-player are some of the only things that frustrated me. But the idea for guessing headlines is right on theme for the jam.
Really good execution! My one wish I could see what words/headlines were accurate to dial in my future guesses but besides that really cool!
Cool idea, just needs a little more as others have said. Maybe more text on the paper to give more of a clue to the headline. Well done though man, would be cool to see this expanded on more
Okay, I'm now starting to realise that this game... might be too frustrating for... a lot of people.

Liked the art and the sounds are relaxing ,I got one right after 2 tries and gave up , didn't like using the word one time , maybe hints would help .
