TNR: Trap-Neuter-Return. I think this is how it should be, why bring them to a shelter to spay and neuter them and put them up for adoption to give them a second chance? For so many that don't get adopted the get taken to the back and euthanized. .I think they had a better shot of they were released back out, they wouldn't be dead and they'd have a shot without producing anymore to be put back into shelters..
