I know this makes no sense for a sushi themed cupcake set but the Chocolate Cupcakes are filled with Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and the Vanilla Cupcakes are filled with Dulce de Leche. I should have filled them with baked rice pudding but I ran out of time. They are topped with candy sushi that are hand painted and molded. Complete with a tiny bottle of chocolate sauce.
