Ingredients   • 400g tofu, pat dried  • -1/2 Cup (125ml) plant milk  • -1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar   • 1 tbsp sriracha  • -314 (90g) cup starch  • -2 Tsp each paprika, salt, garlic powder  • -pepper to taste  • -1 cup Panko seasoned  • Seasoning:  • -1 Tsp each paprika, cumin, salt  Instructions   • Tear tofu into chunks   • Mix the apple cider vinegar, sriracha, and milk and marinate the tofu in it for 30 minutes.  • Combine your corn starch, paprika, salt, garlic powder, and pepper.   • Toss your marinated tofu in the corn starch mixture and then toss into panko breadcrumbs.  • Fry until golden brown or bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.   • Toss with paprika cumin and salt and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce such as sweet and sour or sriracha. This was 100% inspired by @seaspiracy 🙏🏾 plus they taste bomb! 🤤🤤🤤  Vegan Fish  Blend in food processor.   • 1 20 oz can of Young Green Jackfruit  • 2 TBSP Vegan Miso paste  1 TBSP Nori Seasoning  Dry Batter   1 Cup of flour   • 1/2 tsp salt  • 1/2 tsp pepper  • 1 tsp paprika   Mix together.   Wet Batter  6 TBSP JUST egg   Panko   1 Cup Panko   Step 1. Blend Jackfruit, nori seasoning, and miso paste together in a food processor.   Step 2. Use a spatula and shape the jackfruit into rectangle shape.  Step 3. Place jackfruit on parchment paper and Into freezer for 3 to 4 hours or once frozen  Step 4. Dip jackfruit jackfruit into all 3 batters.   Step 5. Air Fry, Fry or Bake until crispy.   Serve with Vegan Tatar sauce!

Ingredients (2-3 servings)
 • 1 lb or 450 g firm or extra firm tofu, cut into cubes and pat dry (I usually don’t press it)
 • Neutral oil for frying, grape seed oil, sunflower seed oil, vegetable oil, etc. 
 • Cornstarch for coating the tofu

Marinade
 • 3 garlic cloves, minced
 • 2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
 • the juice of 1/2 lime, roughly 2 tablespoons lime juice
 • 1 teaspoon paprika
 • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 
 • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne 
 • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
 • 1/4 to 1/2 cup aquafaba (chickpea water)
 • 2 tablespoons sugar or honey

Dry dredge
 • 1 1/2 cup panko 
 • 3/4 cup cornstarch 
 • 1 teaspoon baking powder 
 • A pinch of salt
