Recipe details:  • Ingredients:  • Milk - 2 cups  • White Vinegar - 2 tspn  • Water - 2 tspn  • Rose syrup/roohafza - 2 tbspn  • Chopped Pistachios - 1/4th cup  Method:  • 1. Boil milk in a pan/kadhai and swith off the flame after 1st boil.  • 2. In a bowl add vinegar and dilute it with water.  • 3.  • Baking time :-		 5 minutes

Serves :-		 3 persons

Recipe Ingredients 
 • 1/2 Litre Milk 
 • 10 gms Jaggery 
 • Squeeze 1/2 Lemon 🍋 
 • 1/2 Cup Water 
 • Oil for Greasing 
 • Chopped Nuts ( garnishing ) 

Recipe Instructions 

Step 1 :- Chenna Preparation 
 • Boil 1/2 Litre Milk in a Pan 
 • Once it boils up , turn off the Gas
 • Squeeze 1/2 Lemon 🍋 
 • Add 1/2 Cup Water 
 • Strain your Mixture 
 • Chenna is ready & keep the Chenna water as we will need it to knead the Dough 
 • Once the Chenna is ready , mash it & make a soft dough . 
 • Heat a Non Stick Pan
 • Add 10 gms Jaggery ( Gud )
 • Do not melt the jaggery muc
