The gel has a great hold and it paired so well with my favorite leave in conditioner and cream. The first step to a really good wash and go is to make sure that you are starting off on clean washed hair. I have low porosity hair so I love to apply my products on soaking wet hair. The products just absorb better into my strands. To do my wash n gos, I apply a leave in, a cream, a gel and then a small amount of oil to each section to seal in all the moisture.
