Ingredients :  Gobindo bhog rice -30 gms Milk- 500-700 ml Condensed milk - 150 ml or sugar around 100 gms  Kesar -10/12 strands  Kewra water -1/2 tbsp (optional) Keshar food colour - optional  . Method :  Take the washed, soaked & dried rice and make a coarse powder.  In a kadai heat milk and Keshar strands and let it boil then add the crushed rice.  Add eliche powder and continue to stir occasionally till it thickens and the rice boils.  Once it thickens turn off the flame and add kewra water and cover till it’s cool. I remember dadima making it every Fridays and would send out to family and friends. I like it cold with a spoon but my dadima would dip a crunchy puri and have it with that. Make this Rice flour Kheer for a Quick  Dessert fix. 🍚  Ingredients :  • Milk - 1 litre  • Rice flour - 5 tbsp  • Sugar - ⅓ cup  • Cardamom - 2-3 (crushed)  • Almonds - ¼ cup (sliced/chopped)  • Yellow food color - 3 drops  Recipe :  • 1. Mix ¼ cup milk to rice flour and make a paste.  • 2. Boil the remaining milk in a pan.  • 3. On low heat, Add the rice flour batter to the milk.  • 4. Keep stirring to avoid lumps.  • 5. Add crushed cardamom and Almonds.  • 6. Keep stirring for 2-3 minutes and then add sugar.  • 7. Cook for about 8-10 minutes on low heat.  • 9. Add yellow food color and mix.  • 8.
