This move requires: 1. A deep core connection. Use your breath to help you. 😮‍💨 2. A flexible low spine. Do the prep work and do it often to get you limber and keep you limber. (You will also just feel better when you are not so tight in the low back)🧎‍♀️ 3. Flexible hamstrings. Remember you can keep a slight bend to your knees and it still counts as a roll up! Its not cheating. It is understanding what your body needs and giving it that. That my friend is advanced thinking!
