I feel like most sewing tutorials show making scrunchies with sewing elastic but personally, I think they're better with actual hair ties 🫣 I use a 5x27 inch piece of fabric for this scrunchie but you can play around with the dimensions depending on how big or small you want the scrunchie to be!
