Mario's Toad marshmallow treat pops. I used the extra-large marshmallows, dipped the top in melted Guittard's white chocolate with food coloring to form Toads hat. After drying I used white frosting for the polka dots and black for eyes. Spray painted a large PVC pipe and stuck styrofoam and the pops inside.
