The Clock Tower Entrance[1] was one of the three main entrances of Hogwarts Castle (the other two being the Viaduct Entrance and the main Entrance Hall). It was used as a duelling arena by the Crossed Wands duelling club in the 1890s.[2] It consisted of a large open space at the base of the Clock Tower with two stairwells going up towards the upper levels of the Tower. Opposite the main entry there was a large window. There is controversy however, as to why the window was placed there...
