What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are the in-app currency you spend to generate images and videos. Each generation costs a number of credits that varies by the model and output you choose — more advanced models use more credits per run. Credits are topped up automatically at the start of each billing cycle: monthly plans refill every month, while annual plans receive their full credit allotment upfront.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Just head to your account's "Billing & Subscription" section. You can manage your subscription anytime.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly credits are a "use it or lose it" deal and reset each month. On a yearly plan, you get all your credits for the year up front, but they won't carry over past your subscription period.
What payment methods are supported?
