Long Time, No See

We have been extremely busy the last year building a new house. I haven’t had much time for crafts let alone updating this blog. However, a friend just had a baby and I just had to knit the babygirl a little something.Babyknits

Knitting felt so good that I might have to knit something else, too. And maybe keep this blog updated, too!

Marshmallow Snowmen

We’ve had an extremely warm and rainy winter, and there is no snow on the ground. But I’m saying “Let it snow!”

Place some marshmallows through a popsicle stick and decorate. So cute and so much fun!

Beanie for My Girlie

It is definitely getting chillier here and my girlie needed a new, warmer beanie. I let her pick the fabric and she loves her new hat!

Jumpsuit

Lassi loves jumpsuits. I thought that it’d be fun to let him choose the fabric for a new one. He chose black and white cotton velour and the jumpsuit turned out pretty nicely!

Cream of Mushroom Soup

The weather is definitely getting colder so we’ve been making soups later. Soups are comfort food #1 in my house.

I had picked up some mushrooms earlier, so I made cream of mushroom soup today. So totally, utterly satisfying.

As the Nights Get Darker…

It’s September again. Nights are getting darker up here so it’s definitely time for candles.

Tealights, washi tape and a pair of scissors.
