Draft: Support BeamGas(andBeamBeam) for 2022

• Matching simulation condition
• Specifying PVZ region for SMOG1/SMOG2
• Multiply Generation(BeamBeam,BeamGas,GasBeam,BeamGas+BeamBeam)
• Different cases for EPOS as production_tool

Digitization step:

• Check - shoule be the same as 2022 pp(support DIGI and XDIGI)
