Draft: Future TV Global Design Updates

Known jobs before TDR:

• Change settings for more realistic Readout Block/Box
• Test Readout Block/Box with final foil design choice
• change RFBox structure accordingly
• Change materials for Vacuum tank / new one
• Update substrate material/thickness
